Join Amanda Pawlowski and learn how to fly into crow and beyond in this fun and challenging arm balance workshop. Students will learn how to effectively engage the muscles of the core and posterior kinetic chain in order to safely get into and transition out of arm balances. Learning the mechanics of these balances is not only challenging but eye-opening and inspiring, so beginners and more experienced students are all encouraged to attend! We will move through an abbreviated yoga class designed to prepare the entire body to balance on the hands, and then we will take flight! Bring your mat and a playful attitude!
