We will begin our Yoga Nidra practice with practices to relieve the body of muscular and mental tensions.  Breath practices, guided relaxation, simple movements . Once we release some of the pent up tension we can move into our Yoga Nidra practice. Yoga Nidra, Yogic Sleep, is a practice to stay conscious in the body while moving toward a deep relaxed state.
