75 minutes

40 minutes of movement, 20 minutes of static postures and 15 minutes in savasana. You will begin by moving slowly, warming up your body and mind, transitioning to standing postures. Then you will slowly unwind with some yin-ish postures topped off with an extra long savasana. Just the right amount of movement and stillness to start off your Friday morning feeling balanced physically, mentally and energetically.
