Learn and experience  Myofascial  Release techniques with tennis balls, pinky balls and squishy balls. Make sure you have your own set of myofascial release balls . We use pinky balls a little smaller than tennis balls . You can find these at places like walmart, target. Please contact us if you have any questions.

The health of our connective tissue is so very important in our mobility. A Lot of muscular strains happen in the fascia, tendon and connective tissue. That makes it really important to have healthy connective tissue.
