Rooted Presence: Meditation & Mindful Living
Thursday and Sunday Evenings — Open to All Levels
In a world that often feels hurried, divided, and uncertain, Rooted Presence offers a place to pause, breathe, and come home to yourself—and to the deeper belonging we all share.
This weekly gathering weaves together mindful teachings, nervous system care, breathwork, guided meditation, and community reflection—supporting not just inner steadiness, but a grounded capacity to meet life and our world with compassion, resilience, and heart.
Together, we explore sacred teachings on presence, compassion, and mindful living—translated through the lens of modern-day experience—making them accessible, relevant, and alive in our everyday lives.
Each session includes:
A Mindful Teaching to explore presence, resilience, and real-world compassion
A Nervous System Practice to ground the body and ease the mind
Breathwork to reconnect with the steady rhythm of life
A Guided Meditation inviting you into the depth of awareness and care
Reflection Prompts to deepen personal insight
Optional Community Sharing to foster connection and belonging
Integration Tools for weaving mindful awareness and compassionate action into daily life
A regular meditation practice is recommended. Whether you are new to mindfulness or deepening an existing practice, Rooted Presence offers a welcoming space to nurture your own inner stillness and extend that presence into the world around you.
Leave feeling rooted in yourself, renewed in spirit, and ready to meet life—and one another—with greater presence, compassion, and heart.
