Stretch & Rest 

A soothing, breath-led blend of yin and restorative yoga designed to unwind the body and calm the nervous system from the inside out. The first half of class offers gentle yin postures held for several minutes to open connective tissues and invite inner stillness. These longer holds gently awaken fascia, restore range of motion, and invite the mind to slow down and soften.
The second half of class shifts into deeply supported restorative postures—held in stillness for 8–15 minutes using props or household items. These restful shapes offer the nervous system a chance to regulate, recharge, and deeply rest.
The class closes with an extended savasana to allow time for full integration—mind, body, and spirit.
Perfect for anyone seeking balance, flexibility, emotional regulation, or a midweek reset—from the comfort of home.
