Class Description:
Unwind and Arrive is a yin yoga practice designed to soften tension, regulate the nervous system, and invite you back to yourself. Through long-held, floor-based postures supported by props and silence, this class offers space to release, reflect, and return to your center.
Each shape becomes a gentle invitation—not to stretch deeper, but to listen more fully. Whether you’re beginning your day with intention or ending it with release, this practice supports stillness, spaciousness, and the slow gentle unfolding of what’s ready to soften and release.

Each pose is an invitation to listen. Not to push or perfect, but to gently arrive.
No experience or flexibility required. All bodies are welcome.
