Steady & Supported offers a grounded yoga practice using the chair as a stable foundation. Designed for anyone looking to build gentle strength, increase flexibility, improve balance, or simply practice in a more supported way—this class honors that there are many paths into the body, and they all deserve respect. Through simple movement, gentle stretches, and guided awareness, we come home to ourselves—not by pushing, but by listening.

Expect lighthearted movement, calming breath, stretches for every body, and a supportive community that reminds you yoga is not about the shape—it’s about showing up with care.
