Join Amanda Pawlowski, E-RYT 200, for an evening of movement, meditation, and joy as we explore the science and soul of flow state—those moments when we lose track of time and feel deeply connected to purpose, creativity, and presence.
This immersive workshop will include:

🌀 All-Levels Glow-Inspired Flow Yoga under blacklights for a vibrant, uplifting experience (yes, glow sticks included!)
