In this grounding class, you’ll be guided through practices that foster nervous system regulation, breath awareness, and mindful connection—inviting you to meet yourself with curiosity, compassion, and care, whatever arises.
Each session includes:
Nervous System Tools to ease stress and support balance
Breathwork Practices to activate your body’s natural “rest and restore” response (parasympathetic system)
A 20-minute Guided Meditation to anchor you into presence and inner steadiness
Integration Tips to help you weave mindful moments into daily life—bringing more awareness, calm, and resilience beyond the mat
No previous meditation or breathwork experience is needed.
