A Yin + Restorative Practice for Nervous System Reset
A calming fusion of yin and restorative yoga, this class invites you to slow down, soften tension, and soothe your nervous system from the inside out. In the first half of class, we explore gentle yin postures held for several minutes to open the body’s connective tissue and encourage quiet reflection. The second half eases into deeply supported restorative poses—wrapped in props and breath—for deep rest and renewal.
Perfect for those seeking a midweek exhale, emotional balance, or a spacious return to self.
