An Evening Sound Journey

In a world that has been asking a lot of our hearts and nervous systems, A Gentle Return offers a place to rest, soften, and return to yourself.

This sound journey is an invitation to pause — to arrive just as you are.

Guided by a rich and layered soundscape of chimes, Himalayan singing bowls, gongs, quartz crystal bowls, and other resonant instruments, you’ll be supported in releasing tension, settling the mind, and allowing the body to rest deeply. The sounds move slowly and intentionally, creating a sense of safety, spaciousness, and gentle renewal.

You don’t need prior experience with sound healing or meditation.
You don’t need to have clarity or calm before you arrive.
There is nothing you need to resolve to belong here.

This evening is about returning — to breath, to presence, to the quiet steadiness beneath the intensity of daily life. It is a chance to be held in sound, to listen deeply, and to let the nervous system remember its natural rhythm.

This night is about remembering that you can always Gently Return to you — with care, with kindness, and with ease.
