Yoga Nidra, often called yogic sleep, invites you into the space between wakefulness and sleep. Rest comfortably in savasana as you’re guided through meditation, gently shifting awareness from the outer world to the inner. The calm, ease, and nourishment you feel can linger long after you leave the mat 🌙
We’ll close with a guided visualization to awaken loving-kindness and compassion, leaving you grounded, open-hearted, and deeply restored ❤️🔥
