Based on a traditional background Hatha meaning sun and moon helps us to balance the energy on the left and right side of our bodies its a fun and energetic style of yoga thats focus is using  foundational physical postures (asanas) with a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere, often focusing on mindfulness, breath (pranayama), and a touch of humor. Unlike faster-paced, rigorous classes, a fun Hatha session is typically slower, allowing for longer holds to build strength and flexibility while encouraging participants to explore their bodies without being too serious.
