Yoga Nidra: The Practice of Conscious Rest
An invitation to slow down, soften, and return to yourself.
Join us Friday evening for a guided Yoga Nidra practice rooted in the traditional yogic understanding of conscious rest — a state between waking and sleeping where the body deeply relaxes while awareness remains present.
Yoga Nidra offers space to release mental and physical tension, regulate the nervous system, and reconnect with stillness after the movement of the week. Come home to you .
Together we’ll explore:
• grounding breath and gentle settling
• guided awareness through the body
• deep nervous system restoration
• sankalpa (heart-centered intention)
• rest as a practice of presence
Benefits may include:
— reduced stress and fatigue
— improved sleep and recovery
— greater clarity and emotional balance
— a profound sense of rest and renewal
No experience necessary. Come as you are.
