Summer invites us into fullness.
Longer days. Shared meals. Meaningful conversations. Moments that remind us what it feels like to be fully alive.
Yet even in a season of abundance, how often do we pause long enough to truly experience it?
What is flourishing in your life right now?
What needs more nourishment?
What helps you feel most alive?
This Summer Gathering at Stillness is an invitation to slow down and spend a few intentional hours exploring these questions through practice, reflection, and community.
Inspired by the yogic teaching of Sthira and Sukha—steadiness and ease—we will gather for yoga, a mindful tasting experience with Chef Sue, meditation, sound healing, meaningful conversation, and a closing gratitude ceremony.
Together we will explore what it means to live with both strength and softness, intention and openness, effort and ease.
This is more than an afternoon of self-care.
It is an opportunity to reconnect, reflect, nourish what is growing, and remember that we flourish not in isolation, but in relationship—with ourselves, one another, and the world around us.
Together we will:
- Enjoy gentle yoga and meditation practices
- Engage in personal reflection and meaningful conversation
- Experience a mindful tasting with Chef Sue Snape
- Rest in the healing resonance of a sound journey
- Participate in a closing Gratitude ceremony
Through these experiences, we will explore how steadiness and ease can support one another, helping us cultivate greater balance, presence, and vitality in our lives.
