Many of us spend our days striving, achieving, caring for others, and meeting responsibilities. Yet beneath the busyness, there is often a longing for spaciousness, rest, joy, and the freedom to simply be.
Like the natural world in summer, we are invited to grow, create, and contribute while also receiving the nourishment that sustains us.
This Summer Day Retreat offers an opportunity to step away from the pace of daily life and reconnect with a more intentional way of being—one that nurtures body, mind, heart, and spirit.
