Pop-Up Mat Pilates Class with Cindy

Cindy Getty is a 200-hour RYT with specialized certifications in Yin, Spiritual Yoga and Ayurveda.  Drawing on her background as a former personal trainer and a foundation of over 500 Pilates classes, she currently teaches both Yoga and Mat Pilates.  By using breathwork as a template for her teaching, Cindy creates balanced, accessible classes that foster deep mind-body awareness for students of all levels.

Join Cindy Getty for a Pop-Up Mat Pilates class on July 8th at 9:00am.  Strengthen your “power center” – the core, lower back, hips, and glutes- in this fun low-impact 50-minute session. Focused on building strength, flexibility and controlled movement, this class is open to all levels. 

No prior experience is necessary! Please bring your yoga mat.
