Join us for a nourishing two-hour experience that combines the practice of Forest Bathing with gentle yoga, mindfulness, and deep connection with the natural world.
Forest Bathing, inspired by the Japanese practice of Shinrin-yoku, is not about hiking or reaching a destination. It is an invitation to slow down, awaken the senses, and cultivate a deeper relationship with the living world around us.
Together, we will wander at a relaxed pace through nature, pausing along the way for simple nature invitations that encourage presence, curiosity, and wonder. Throughout our journey, we will stop periodically for gentle yoga, mindful movement and quiet reflection.
As we slow down, we often begin to notice what is easily missed—the song of birds, the movement of light through leaves, the feel of the earth beneath our feet, and perhaps even a deeper connection to ourselves and one another.
This experience is open to all levels and requires no previous yoga or meditation experience. Our intention is not to accomplish anything, but simply to be present—to listen, to notice, and to remember our place within the larger community of life.
Come as you are and join us for an afternoon of movement, stillness, connection, and discovery beneath the summer canopy.
What to Expect:
No experience necessary. All are welcome.
"In every walk with nature, one receives far more than they seek." — John Muir
This summer, we invite you to slow down and discover what is waiting to be noticed. 🌿
