Join Rose Mary and Stephanie for an afternoon of restorative yoga and healing sounds to soothe the body and mind. There's no need to effort our way into awareness; we can rest into a place of abiding calm and deep presence. You will be lying on the floor for all postures and we will have supportive props - bolsters, blankets, eye masks. You may wish to bring an extra blanket to place over you while resting in each pose.
Class is 90 minutes. No previous yoga experience needed.
