Midday Stretch 
Take a break in the middle of your Thursday, 12noon, for 30 minutes. We'll start the practice with breath work, calming our mind and our senses; then we'll stretch, twist, bend and move gently while sitting comfortably in our chair. You'll be amazed at how much stress you can reelease and stillness and serenity you'll find in 30 minutes.
