In our Slow Flow Yoga class we will prioritize the breath as the guiding force behind each movement. By synchronizing the breath with the yoga asana (postures) we enhance our awareness, presence and ability to flow gracefully through each movement sequence. The breath becomes a powerful tool for grounding, centering and exploring the body’s capabilities in movement. This class is taught with a trauma informed approach, creating a safe and inclusive space for all participants. We understand unique needs and encourage deep listening to your body’s wisdom in your practice.
