Invigorate your mind and body in this dynamic flow style class. Built on the Sun Salutations, the class will explore creative sequencing through standing postures , arm balances, backbends and inversions in order to create strength and flexibility in body and mind. Breath work and meditation are included in every class. All levels are invited to attend as students are encouraged to listen to their body in every moment. Variations of postures will be offered to meet all levels of experience. Develop strength , flexibility and increase your self confidence in all ways.
