 Yin yoga offers a significantly different paradigm in yoga poses.  Yin yoga postures are held for 2- 3 minutes to bring about a deep release of tension in the muscles, connective tissues , ligaments and tendons. Yin is a wonderful practice to balance your active days and start the morning off open , flexible and refreshed. You will experience a way to energize your mind, body and breath with minimal movement and maximum stretch. Let Morning Yin lead the way to a wonderful morning.
