Join Lis and Rose Mary for a very special heart-opening Mother's Day class!
The class will feature slow flow and yin and we will finish off with a long, relaxing savasana and a sweet treat.
Lis' Slow Flow will include: A heart centered meditation. Shoulder warm ups. Seated twists, Slow vinyasa flow featuring sphinx and locust poses.
Coming out of slow flow into a yin practice with Rose Mary, we'll settle into child's pose, melting heart, reclined butterfly, a long held fish, and then savasana.
You will need your mat and 2 blocks for this wonderful Mother's Day Class.
