Join Christina Rodriguez Wednesday, June 30th for a night of deep, restorative rest. Restorative Yoga is a soothing practice meant to calm busy minds and restore balance to the body and nervous system. This 75-minute offering is the perfect mid-week break to release tension and stress and invite a sense of deep ease and calm abiding. We will practice to warm candlelight and will take our time moving through fully supported, long held postures. Please bring your own props.
