EFT is a simple practice, where we stimulate, or “tap” the points on the body that are associated with stress relief to relieve unwanted emotions or physical symptoms. It has been used successfully to help address issues such as illness, depression, anxiety, weight lost, and trauma. When working with a practitioner, it can be an effective intervention to drastically reduce or eliminate the stress or other experiences that may keep us stuck.
