Learn and experience  Myofascial  Release techniques with tennis balls, pinky balls and squishy balls. The health of our connective tissue is so very important in our mobility. A Lot of muscular strains happen in the fascia, tendon and connective tissue. That makes it really important to have healthy connective tissue.

Class will be both In Studio and Online . Make sure you have those pinky balls or myofascial release balls at home if you are online with us:)

No vaccination required and masks are optional.
