Hatha is a great place to begin or renew your Yoga practice. This class will take a more therapeutic approach to  the postures -slower pace with holds in the poses, specific themes for physical well being and Stephanie will be adding in some Myofascial Release Techniques for deeper release and healing in the muscle, fascia, connective tissue, ligaments and tendons.
