Flow
Connect more deeply with your body and your breath in this intentional flow style class. Built on the sun salutations, the class will explore standing postures, twists, and inversions in order to open the body and the mind. Breath work and meditation are included in every class. Variations of postures are given throughout the class to challenge and meet all experience levels and abilities.  All levels are invited to attend as students are encouraged to listen to their body and move in a way that is right for their body in every moment. Find a sense of Balance, Focus and Clarity in our Flow classes.
