STRENGTH AND MOVEMENT WITH PAULA
During these strengthening classes, you will learn various exercises and styles to find, use and isolate muscle groups. We will be using light weights or no weights if you prefer and various props to assist where needed.
Learning to move your body mindfully during class and also learning to understand any personal limitations you may have, while still being able to find safe and effective ways to exercise.
I will help you to find better body awareness throughout your day to day living, which will help you develop a stronger body mind and spirit.
