How do you care for yourself? The first step in change is awareness. And that is the hardest part.Join Rose Mary for a three part series on Yoga Asana and Self Care, June 2, 9, and 16. The first week’s practice centers on physical self care and how we move in our bodies. The second week’s practice focuses on our mental self care and how we talk to ourselves. The third and final week’s practice brings how we deal with our emotional self care to light.Each 1 hour practice is an active practice with standing, seated and kneeling poses. There are twists, lunges, warrior poses, and hip stretches. And, of course, always a long, restorative savasana.3 Class Series: Wednesdays
